The reactors are fine and running, the hydroelectric plant and it’s transmission lines are damaged. Next moves? Zelensky is the only head of State, allowed a remote visual presentation. All other speakers at the UN must be personally present to address the General Assembly. It’s important that all Nations know Ukrainian importance to Russia. The Ukrainian people are nothing, providers of grain, meant for starvation. That’s what happened under Stalin in 1932. Today, it’s evident Putin has expanded his claim , not voiced, of superiority. He invaded Ukraine, unlawfully in February, 2022. He held 20 million tons of grains hostage till last month and watch as Ukrainians died and the World suffered from famine and inflation. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin may be losing the War. However, Putin continues to fire missiles indiscriminately at civilian targets, hospitals, and infrastructure. The Russian soldier is barbaric, committing war crimes undeterred by Military Leadership. Putin is not listening to Modi or Xi, will he listen to Erdogan? The UN? When the Nations convene next week, discuss famine and the rise in CO2 Emissions Globally, exacerbating our Climate crisis. Ukraine has shipped 3.7 million tons of grain, out of the original 20 million. Famine is increasing in Africa, while they wait for Ukrainian grain. Putin’s War is prolonging the suffering of many. The UN should actively become a broker for a just peace. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian power plant is working at minimal capacity in order to prevent core meltdown. Why isn’t the area demilitarized, yet. Putin says he’s only interested in Donbas. Why isn’t he evacuating all other areas in Ukraine, now?

TheVoiceOfJoyce The War in Ukraine, day 205, the discovery of mass graves in Izium, shows 99% of the people died violently? And many residents are unaccountably missing. The shelling of Russian Party Headquarters in Kherson was bombed by Russian Himars missiles not Ukrainian forces. Though Putin is telling the opposite story and says the War isn’t over till he has acquired the Donbas region. 101 Countries in the UN voted to listen to Zelensky’s televised address to the General Assembly, next week, when the UN convenes session. Perhaps the Global Community can put an end to this War, sooner than Putin anticipates. No matter what, as Zelensky stated, the War stops, naturally in November, with the weather.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Zelensky’s counteroffensive is proceeding. The retaking of Kharkiv and Kherson has provoked Putin to action. He sent 8 missiles to destroy a civilian dam , Zelensky’s homeland. Home to 650,000 flooding occurred initially and many are reversing the missiles destruction. The Counteroffensive is at Donbas and will continue. Countries relying on Russian support ,in the caucuses, are not being supported and skirmishes are breaking out on Armenia’s border, the Kazakhstan border, all regions under Russian protection. Russia is monitoring a cease fire in Kazakhstan, averting sending Russian troops. Clearly, Russian troops are stretched, however, missiles sent to destroy Ukrainian infrastructure cause great damage and necessitate a deterrent. War is destruction and every time it occurs, civilized people can’t understand why it’s happening. Why now? Why, when collectively, we have so many other real issues to concern us? The Climate Crisis is exacerbated by this War.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The War in Ukraine has reached a turning point. Arming Ukraine has united the Western Nations and created a stronger integrated EU. They’re all working together to help Ukrainians. The Ukrainian counteroffensive has reclaimed 2400 km of territory in the east and south. The head of State of Chechnya has questioned Putin’s reasoning? The municipalities of St Petersburg and Moscow have called for Putin’s resignation. Loyal oligarchs are questioning Russia’s Defense Ministry decision. This war will grind to a halt in November, due to weather conditions. However, with proper air defenses, Zelensky, can turn stalemate to victory. The Ukrainian War is not over. The Ukrainian counteroffensive is working. Russian forces have been routed or captured. Though the Ukrainian people are suffering, their infrastructure destroyed, as soon as it’s rebuilt, they have rallied to fight courageously against Russian occupation.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Ukrainian counteroffensive is working. Kherson, Kharkiv have been retaken along with Ilium and 20 other towns. In retaliation, Russia is shelling critical infrastructure, placing cities in total darkness , without electricity, food or water. Many more civilians died in their battle to secure their homeland. The Russians are retreating,leaving behind their military supplies. The Nuclear Power Plant is not demilitarized. Russian ultimatums appear to be last ditch posturing. Russians have just removed another General in Command, from the Kharkiv region. Ukrainian forces have retaken 504 km in the North and South. That’s the news after 200 days of War. Two weeks of significant push back by the Ukrainian forces.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Ukrainian counteroffensive in the Northeast has been a huge success. Ukrainians are within 30 km of the Russian border. A railway hub is now transporting refugees out the Ukraine to Poland. Liberating Kherson was part of a plan, a focus for Russian troops and a diversion. Taking back Kherson was a win and also a diversion for the counteroffensive. It has worked. Understaffed in the Northeast, the Russian troops are retreating. The Nuclear Power Plant has been successfully shut down to avoid a nuclear catastrophe. The UN wants the Power Plant a demilitarized zone. It’s logical and wise to maintain Nuclear security! Let’s support Zelensky, he and his troops have shown with the proper weapons he can push the Russian troops back to Russia! Day 200, too soon to celebrate, while we wait for a ceasefire.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Ukraine counteroffensive is effective and systematic. Kharkiv is the latest town to fly the Ukraine flag, again. The War is far from over. Russia still shelling towns surrounding the Nuclear Power Plant, in spite of the risk to the plant, Russia and Ukraine. Putin has threatened to renege on the grain deal and make sure no gas, oil or fuel reaches the EU. Russia has deported 1.6 million Ukrainians, they were captured early in the War, in preparation of Annexation. What are the next steps? It’s up to the Ukrainians to take back as much land as possible, as quickly as possible. Then negotiate a ceasefire or overwhelming firepower. Don’t allow Putin to drag this War into winter!

TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin still insisting on an alternate reality. Putin is the victim of the 1991 break up of the Soviet Union and returning Ukraine to the Soviet Union, makes Russia strong? Ukraine, as a sovereign Nation, has begun a wide counteroffensive and appears to be taking back Russian occupied territory. The Nuclear Power Plant must be made safe from Russian Military occupation. The UN IAEA want a Nuclear Safe Facility and a safe perimeter. Ships are leaving Ukrainian Ports with grains for Africa and other contracted destinations.
