AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Day 195, the Ukrainian counteroffensive appears to be working. The Russian installed puppet has delayed a referendum annexing Kherson. It’s too dangerous to attempt at this time. Ukrainians are hitting Kharkiv, as well. Hopefully, the Ukrainian counteroffensive will be victorious and complete, before Russia resupplies with North Jorean weapons. The Nuclear Power Plant is offline and secure. Two IAEA inspectors will remain on site to assure its safety and functioning. The EU suffers expected inflationary fuel pricing, as Russia cuts off supplies. Countries in the EU, UK scrambling for heating supplies. The War in Ukraine has intensified our Climate extremes. Investment in new technologies and their integration in existing power grids, can no longer be postponed. The quicker we get to a post Fossil Fuel World, the better.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Day 194 Putin finally shuts down the gas pipeline to the EU with an aggressive stance against sanctions. Germany and their people will get thru the Winter. Everyone else has to prepare now. The Zelensky counteroffensive is working and Ukrainians are reoccupying town in Kherson and Donbas. Ukraine calling for more weapons. Give Zelensky the weapons he needs. The Nuclear Power Plant is still being evaluated and the reactors are off line. On the Political front, Far right and far left Czechs are standing together in favor of lifting Putin’s sanctions. China to attend a 4 day Summit in Russia along with South Korea and Other Asian Countries. With firepower, can the War could end in November ?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce How is it possible Russian forces can use the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant as a shield for their missiles? Why won’t the UN condemn this action, since it endangers so many? Russian troops are suffering from fatigue and the Ukrainian offensive appears to be succeeding. Russia is undeterred and continues to shell cities in the Ports and Donbas region. Turkey is ready to negotiate with Putin to declare the Nuclear Power Plant off limits. After 193 days the War continues. Putin does back down to economic pressure. He doesn’t want the prices of Russian oil capped. What else would cause him Economic harm?

TheVoiceOfJoyce After 192 days of War, the best Putin’s Russian puppet in Donbas can say, is Russia intends to reclaim Ukraine, beyond Donbas and according to their original border in the 1700’s and under the Soviet Union, presumably when Stalin starved the Ukrainian people for their wheat? In the real world, the Kherson counteroffensive appears effective. The UN team is on site at the Nuclear Power Plant and will remain to issue a detailed report next week. The IAEA team is concerned by breaches in the Plant’s security and shelling around the vicinity of the Plant. Clearly, this War was ill advised and only Putin’s ego moves it forward. The Ukrainian people are united against Russian occupation.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Day 190 The Nuclear Power Plant is now under IAEA control. The IAEA is investigating security breaches and will assess damages to the plant and issue a report on the Plants status. Zelensky, rightly wants the Plant demilitarized. The Russian head of the Donbas region says Russian aims to occupy and seize more of Ukraine. Lavrov has warned Moldova not to interfere in their supply routes. China & Russia have stated War games in Eastern Russia and the Straits of Japan. Continuing their brutality, Russia has forcibly removed Ukrainians captured to Russia or Russian held territory in Ukraine. The terror continues , the war continues and Ukrainian children start schooling underground bunkers and bombed out structures. The tenacity of the Ukrainian people is admirable. In Russia, opposition to the War is unacceptable. The Chairman of Lukoil, fell from his balcony in a renown Moscow hospital. He was the 6 th Russian CEO or elite manager , to be found dead “ by accident “, after having expressed opposition to the War in Ukraine!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The IAEA team of 14 are determined to get to their objective, Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, even though Russian missiles are shelling their agreed upon route. Russian forces are shelling nearby towns to the nuclear power plant, targeting civilian houses and claiming they are engaging an enemy? They’re creating a deadly diversion to stop the IAEA from their inspection and their intent to leave a permanent mission at the Plant to assure there are no nuclear energy leaks. Two reactors have been shelled by the Russians. Some reactors are off line . The IAEA are determined to move forward and inspect the plant’s safety. They won’t be deterred. Ukrainian troops are moving forward in Kherson, their counteroffensive to oust the Russian occupied territory is in progress. Day 190 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Gorbachev would not have approved of Putin’s actions in Ukraine in 2022. Putin understands he was wrong, and does not intend to attend Gorbachev’s funeral. A sad day for the Russian people and our Planet.

Since this is not a declared war, no standing army required, only contract men conscripted, under duress. Meanwhile, Russia continues to use their occupied Nuclear Power Plant as a shield for shelling nearby towns. IAEA inspectors are making their way through the war zone and plan to arrive tomorrow. The Ukrainian offensive in Kherson is effective and the Russian “ puppet” has left for Russia. Russian’ s fired on two grain silos and one is burning in a Coastal Port. Meanwhile, The UN & Ukraine agree to designate Odessa as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also, the price of oil is down as Europe finds other sources for energy fuels. Someone please tell Putin he’s winning and declare a cease fire, evacuation of all Russian troops and a return to peace and negotiations.

The IAEA team of Inspectors, plan to visit Ukraine and Europes largest Nuclear Power Plant from Wednesday through Sunday. The EU has begun training Ukrainian civilians for battle. We’re told to be prepared for a longer war? Meanwhile, as Putin decreases gas supplies to the EU, he’s up set they don’t want to offer vacation visas to Russian tourists? Why play host to citizens of a Country, you’re at war? The War continues.

TheVoiceOfJoyce A lot is happening in the Ukraine and Russia after 187 days of War. The IAEA will visit and measure radioactivity at the facility and remain to insure no Nuclear leaks take place. The World is in grave danger because Russia has used Ukraine’s nuclear power plant as a shield for bombing Southern Towns. The Ukrainian Counteroffensive has started in Kherson and will continue. If we don’t want a Global war, Zelensky needs all the weapons he requests for overwhelming fire power. Putin has a perfect excuse to leave Ukraine. Putin was misled by his ministers, particularly his Defense Minister. Putin should use this opportunity, to amend his situation and call a cease fire. Meanwhile, Germany will be able to heat their Country this winter. Other EU Nations & the UK may not be as fortunate. Hopefully, this War will end soon. Peace now depends on Ukrainian superiority in weapons and strategy on the ground.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce If Putin can’t rearm and conscript more troops, will he agree to a cease fire? 75 yr old pensioners, living on the front lines, their birthplaces are in despair as Russian missiles destroy their homes and gardens. One elderly woman, weeped, while wondering what she’d done to Russia to cause the destruction of her home. Where would she go? This was her birthplace and now she has nothing? Meanwhile, the front lines are constantly shifting. Putin is concentrating shelling of the Donbas region and making Ukraine’s nuclear power plant an unstable source of concern. UN IAEA inspectors are desperately seeking entrance to the Plant to ensure nuclear dust stability. If the Donbas region was eager to become Russian, why aren’t the Russians accepted with flowers and parades? Why the need for constant Russian shelling of this region? The Russian myth of savior, of Ukrainians, appears to have shattered with Russian aggression & bombs.
