AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Colorado gives State employees the right to Unionize. This is a big deal for the State’s 250,000 workers. It will increase their pay & benefits. More importantly they now have a voice in the workplace and can offer suggestions to management to help their clients. Many are professional social workers!
