Poor working conditions, cause excessive accidents and burnout in Amazon warehouses, leading to 150% turnover and 6.8 accidents per 100 people. The norm is 3.3 accidents per 100 people. Still high. No wonder today’s workers are distressed in retail. We’re people and not Robots. Perhaps the new generation of Moguls ought to study successful businesses of the past to model new business? People are not machines and need tools to do their jobs. There can be decent working conditions, benefits & safety with productivity! Bring back Sectional Unionization and allow Unions to negotiate for all Retail Labor. Strengthen Labor Laws at the NLRB and enforce existing Law. Add a fair minimum wage Federally.
