TheVoiceOfJoyce An agreement has been reached between Lebanon and Israel to explore mutually beneficial oil fields in the Mediterranean. They’ve agreed on maritime boundaries, recognition of their territory and have aligned to provide liquid natural gas to the European community. France’s Total may be helping with the exploration. This is the first time Lebanon and Israel have acknowledged each other and delineated their border to act cooperatively since 1948. The US was active in brokering this deal. Congratulations.

The Russians are demoralized and hitting civilian buildings in a town in Zaporizhzhia , 80 miles from the their Nuclear Power Plant held by Russia. The Kerch bridge to Russia from Crimea has been damaged, in a first assault. There will be other attempts to destroy the bridge? Meanwhile, Zelensky’s forces move forward claiming territory. Next week the UN General Assembly votes to condemn the Russian annexation of the 4 provinces. The War isn’t over, not yet.

TheVoiceOfJoyce It’s hard to wrap your head around climate change. The Navajo nation is spread out over 27, 000 miles of desert , with temperatures exceeding 1.5 C and no aquifers, thanks to water management of the Southwest. 5 generations of Navajo women have raised sheep and horses on their plains and now it’s difficult for them to survive. It’s past time for the US government to accept them as citizens and give them the loan money they require, to upgrade their infrastructure. They should also be included in Colorado River management. They may be small in population, however, their knowledge of their land is invaluable. Give them an opportunity to survive and thrive and their wisdom can help the rest of us, too! However, American Corporations only think of their profit margins and people, employees, are dispensable. Not any more. We the People, don’t have to be treated poorly or intimidated. Document abusive behavior toward you. Take photos of your work place, keep records and when you can vote Union, do it. A stronger NLRB would encourage sectoral Unions, one shop or warehouse unionizes, they’re allUnionized. No need for separate voting.
