TheVoiceOfJoyce If we want competition, the Government has to enforce anti trust Legislation and stop allowing mergers. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce If Putin can’t rearm and conscript more troops, will he agree to a cease fire? 75 yr old pensioners, living on the front lines, their birthplaces are in despair as Russian missiles destroy their homes and gardens. One elderly woman, weeped, while wondering what she’d done to Russia to cause the destruction of her home. Where would she go? This was her birthplace and now she has nothing? Meanwhile, the front lines are constantly shifting. Putin is concentrating shelling of the Donbas region and making Ukraine’s nuclear power plant an unstable source of concern. UN IAEA inspectors are desperately seeking entrance to the Plant to ensure nuclear dust stability. If the Donbas region was eager to become Russian, why aren’t the Russians accepted with flowers and parades? Why the need for constant Russian shelling of this region? The Russian myth of savior, of Ukrainians, appears to have shattered with Russian aggression & bombs.

TheVoiceOfJoyce from the beginning, Putin’s War was a disaster waiting to happen. The FSB made a mistake and assumed Ukraine was ready to welcome Moscow Rule. No one told Putin the truth and he attacked. Big mistake. Zelensky listened to his military intelligence, instead of listening to the US, one month before the War. American intelligence, said there’s a Russian build up to War on your borders, Ukraine’s SBU ( made up of old Russian KGB) , advised Zelensky and convinced him war was not evident. He belied his people and now, after almost 6 months of fighting and loss of lives, the Ukrainian forces may be counterattacking effectively. The question, amongst this violence, is can there be a ceasefire and how soon? This was a Moscow fiasco of unprecedented proportions. Constant warfare and revolution, in the Ukraine, since 2004, should have meant, Ukrainians were not a target for Russian occupation. Many have died on both sides, Ukraine’s infrastructure is destroyed and Nations are experiencing starvation. All based on miscalculations! During this period of Covid and Climate Catastrophe, the World cannot support Wars. The excess emission’s effect us all. The inflation effects-us all. The lack of grains effects us Globally. Cooler heads must prevail and cage the “dogs of War”!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce You might not want to call flooding events “Climate Change”! However, severe flooding is occurring and reoccurring in the same hot drought areas repeatedly. There’s a lot of water vapor building up in the atmosphere that precipitates the flooding. To adapt, acknowledge fossil fuels are causing thunderstorms of catastrophic proportions and anchor your homes and have exits ready in the short term. In the medium turn, determine how to collect the water from these deluges and channel/ pipe the water effectively to streams and Lakes depleted by the preceding drought. Be innovative and proactive to survive, because flooding is not going to stop or be a once in a 1000 year occurrence. In extreme hot and drought stricken regions, flooding and destruction of infrastructure is the new normal.

TheVoiceOfJoyce : UN brokered deal to elevate famine and high prices for Grains, wheat, corn & barley across Africa and Asia, has been lifted. The agreement was signed by the Ukrainian government, Putin & Turkey guaranteeing safe passage from Odessa. The first ship is carrying 20,000 tons of Corn to Sierra Leone. The UN is monitoring its passage, while other ships stocked with grain are ready to leave Ukrainian waters. Putin has agreed to step down assaults to all grains to get to their destination, alleviating hunger and inflation. The British Foreign Secretary, Liz Truss, the leader in the race for Prime Minister, has stated “ the way for Putin to assure there is no food insecurity , is to stop his brutal invasion of Ukraine.

TheVoiceOfJoyce the War in Ukraine continues, with Russian forces being blocked. The Western and EU weapons are allowing Ukrainian forces to hit Russian oil and munitions depots in Kherson. Once the UN signs off the the grain movements positions, 6 ships are prepared to leave Odessa’s harbor this evening. They’re insured by Lloyds of London and the UN and Turkey are providing safe passage. Hopefully, more famine will be avoided. Meanwhile, Russians have taken Ukrainian flour on a Syrian ship to Lebanon. Stealing Ukrainian products for profit, is another act of War. How low can Putin go? When will the World , demand Peace and reparations from Putin, before accepting him back into Society?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Fires intensify across Arizona & California. There was an out of control fire in New Mexico. The pace of Climate crises is accelerating, here and globally. While we’re still able to Mitigate our energy policies, it’s priority, we do so. We need replacement of Fossil Fuels now and the technology for our survival now! There should be a War Production Act to develop & use Solar, hydrogen & nuclear power! Upgrading our electric grid is a necessity.
