TheVoiceOfJoyce Trump’s judicial placements, 3 members of the Supreme Court and 250 in theFederal Courts, will impact our Democracy. These placements connect back to Leonard Leo, The Billionaire funding him and his selection of attorneys from Jones Day. The ultra conservative leanings of this group was years in the making. They’re anti a women’s right to choose, against gun regulations, against civil and voting rights. They are chipping away at the freedoms of our Democracy. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce In a first step to giving fast food workers a voice in wage and benefit negations, California Governor Gavin Newson has signed a new Law into effect. The Law effective , 1/23, would give fast food workers a seat at the Corporate table in all municipalities where they work. 500,000 workers will be represented by this Law and Fast Food chains are trying to overturn their rights thru a Referendum. Don’t buy the Fast Food Chains arguments. They’re not being harmed. They’re right to abuse and underpay staffing is their issue. Finally, one sector of Corporations will be legally accountable for their actions. Wages won’t be withheld, the abuse has to stop and people may earn a living wage and have a say in their work place environment. As an employee of a Corporation, wouldn’t you want a living wage and better working conditions? Wouldn’t you want a seat and a voice at the Corporate table? Support the Fast Food workers, vote for them not Corporate Power and let Californians craft more Laws favoring Labor. Labor isn’t responsible for inflation. The courts have struck down a permit for FG LA, a Taiwanese, Plastics factory, capable of producing 13m tons of Carbon Emissions, making it a greenhouse gas hotspot in a dense area of Petrochemicals. This decision is affirms for the Global Community, where social Justice is usually absent, that people now have a voice. Communities have rights and power. Plastics and petrochemical production are not aligned with a climate safe future or the universal right to a clean healthy and sustainable environment.

Aren’t these Laws, in 24 States, curtailing our right to protest and freedom of speech? Why would you vote for Laws crafted by industry to curtail your rights under the Constitution? Citizens can petition to seal their records, so they can regain their rights to work, get a degree, certificates and vote. The USA, punitively incarcerates 70 million Americans, mostly Black and goes so far as to deny many their right to vote. In Florida, Politicians granted ex felons the right to vote, then took away all classifications, except 3. 1.4 million Floridians were deceived, they thought they were now able to vote. At 5% of the World’s population, 20% of the World’s population is incarcerated. Prison is Big Business. When Alabama received Federal Covid money to be spent on schools, teachers & infrastructure , they chose to build 2 for Profit prisons instead? It has long been alleged, that Google sells our data to 3 rd Parties and those 3 rd Parties pay revenue to Google. Based on our behavior, we see “ Google ads selectively prioritized. These ads, may not be ads originating from the UK or the Netherlands. The Google ad roster may not benefit local newspapers or small businesses from the region of search. Those newspapers and businesses have been deemed by the UK & The Netherlands to have been harmed. The government’s are suing Google under the new Regulations, seeking damages of $25 Billion. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce, when workers are maltreated, love 1/2 their pensions or experience pay cuts during inflationary times, they should have their right to Unionize restored. Unfortunately, the NLRB, has lost manpower, however, why can’t they restore the rights of labor to organize across a Sector? Why does every Amazon, Starbucks or Trader Joe’s have to Unionize separately, why not collectively, across the entire sector? In these times of Inflation, making a living wage is imperative for survival, why can’t the Labor Laws reflect the Rights of Labor? Who in the NLRB, can write a Clean Slate for Labor and give “We the People “, a Voice?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce In San Francisco Bay and Lake Merritt, there is a dark toxic algae bloom and a massive fish die off. The Putrid odor can be smelled immediately. What caused this die off? Most likely waste water high in Nitrogen and other chemicals that are filtered by the treatment plant coupled with the drought, the fish have no oxygen to survive. Without fish of all sizes, will the birds come? This was there feeding ground. How many circumstances of fish dying off can we, as a consumer, tolerate. Food insecurity is already on the rise. One more problem to tackle before the next heat wave hits. Still think we’re wise to have no back up to fossil fuels? There’s no debate. Our World is changing rapidly, we’re experiencing temperatures that will continue to increase. It’s predicted, this will be the coolest of the hot years. What’s America’s plan for the equitable survival of all citizens? We certainly can’t afford a political Party that says no, to Voting Rights and no to R&D of renewable energy and their implementation and no to moving forward with our lives.

The investigative Press are supporting this Act. There is too much opposition against the Peoples right to know who’s suppressing our Voting Rights, our Healthcare benefits our ability to mitigate climate. The Koch wealth has suppressed the Disclose Act for 10 yrs. Many Corporations have led in Suppressing these bills as well. It’s time the Public was involved in determining our right to Political transparency. TheVoiceOfJoyce This will be one of many cases against Meta/Facebook and other Social Media platforms. When we agree to their terms, are we protecting our rights to privacy or are we signing our rights away. Facebook and the other media platforms make money from our data. They sell our data. That is their business model. Would we know what we read, when we signed, I agree? Do we want control over our data? I think we do. I don’t want to be targeted for goods and services relentlessly, do you? Nor do I want to be manipulated politically? Do you? Remember a 100,000 ads were targeted to Trump followers in 2016. If you watch those ads , it’s very possible, you’ll believe what you see. What if what you see is not truthful? Would you believe misinformation?
