I am thankful to have had a good holiday with a friend & was able to Zoom with my community, knowing loved ones are ok.
I learned Thanksgiving was founded by Abraham Lincoln , as he assessed the mood of the People, after the Gettysburg victory. He wanted citizens to feel hopeful and secure, surrounded by family & friends, after suffering so musch during the War. He understood the People needed respite and a time of peace. Understanding the needs of “We the People”, Lincoln, wrote the Proclamation, creating Thanksgiving as a National Holiday.
Flip the Senate Democratic:
When Charles Koch said, today’s GOP are not what he envisioned, everyone should listen. Therefore, I want everyone to vote overwhelmingly for Jon Ossoff and the Rev Warnock for the US Senate and Flip the Senate Democratic. We need a” twofer”, both men must be elected to the US Senate to have a slim Democratic majority. Laws for we the People depend on a change in the Senate. I do hope you’ll listen to my reasons for hope and support my Two Political Choices for the Senate: Jon Ossoff & Rev. Warnock.
- Election Reform. Automatic registration and voting by mail is proposed.
- Net Neutrality should be reversed. Comcast wants to raise rates to 8 million Americans in the Northeast . Perhaps customers should switch.
