Many of the Gig economy & long term unemployed have not received benefits. Plus, who wants to work in an environment where not everyone is Vaccinated. There’s fear of bringing the Virus home. Returning to work means no childcare. If you want to reopen, it’s not magical thinking. It’s payment to support childcare, education, transportation & no fear of a an unvaccinated public.
