We don’t want a 120 floor building in our neighborhood. This street can be landmarked and reasoned.
Below is an email from the head of the Lincoln Square Residents Coalition (is a part) with respect to the Extell ABC renovation. Please note that she has included Zoom instructions for the upcoming Community Board 7 meeting on Wednesday as well as a link to provide feedback directly to CB7. We are pleased to announce that Board Member Peter Roncetti will be one of the speakers.
We will continue to keep you updated as to any new developments.

CB7 (Community Board 7) has asked to hear from affected residents directly regarding the redevelopment of the ABC site at their meeting on September 17th. Four coalition members will be presenting.
We established the Lincoln Square Residents Coalition (LSRC) to show unity and address SHARED communication, health and safety concerns of ours. CB7 and Gale Brewer say they have not been contacted directly from constituents and claim to be unaware of our concerns. Our strength is in our numbers. We have 12 buildings now in the coalition, representing 1250 separate dwellings.
Please help in two ways :
