3 rd but not least, I believe in a better paid police force, able to protect our troubled communities. Community policing is a necessity. There is a need for police to liaison with Community leaders to provide guidance and activities for “troubled “ youth . Mental Health Services should be linked to our Police Forces and aid the Police when required.
